VMGROUPE was commissioned to help Geneva based restaurant Café du Centre re-brand their identity, and to improve their marketing strategy to attract a younger, hip, and more affluent clientele. VMGROUPE conducted a brand workshop where we extracted the DNA of what this brand could be, and who it is currently. The process allowed us to simplify our target audience and the various brand elements that we needed to engage with the audience. Next we used this information to define the direction that was most profitable for their business, and position the brand accordingly.
The next step in the process was to create an overall marketing & engagement strategy to reach the new audience. Our strategy included a large digital & social media marketing push combined with bringing in well known, and up and coming DJ’s to spin for special events.
Since the re-brand, and launch of the new marketing strategy Café du Centre has become one of hottest brunch spots in Geneva, and their fan base on social media has tripled.
